Corporate Social Responsibility

I believe that leadership is about more than results — it’s about creating lasting, positive impact in the world. My commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is rooted in empowerment, inclusion, and helping people thrive, no matter their background.

I actively support community projects in Sierra Leone, and I’m especially passionate about helping communities who want to learn more about adoption, identity, and belonging. I also regularly visit schools and universities to deliver talks and workshops that inspire confidence, expand mindset, and encourage future leaders.

My wider CSR efforts include:

• Mentoring young professionals and emerging leaders
• Offering pro bono coaching to nonprofits and grassroots initiatives
• Partnering with educational programmes to build leadership capacity in underserved areas
• Supporting causes aligned with my values of equity, wellbeing, and transformation

This work reflects my belief in using my platform, voice, and experience to help others grow — and to make a meaningful difference wherever I can.
